roomsHatch has two main user roles, each with different capabilities:

Room Seeker

Seekers are users looking for rooms to rent or book. As a seeker, you can:

• Browse and search available listings
• Book rooms and make payments
• Save listings to your wishlist
• Message hosts directly
• Leave reviews after your stay
• Book experiences

Host

Hosts are property owners or managers who list rooms. As a host, you can:

• Create and manage property listings
• Set pricing, availability, and house rules
• Accept or decline booking requests
• Receive payouts for confirmed bookings
• Respond to reviews
• Create and host experiences

You choose your role during registration. Each role has its own dedicated dashboard with relevant tools and features.
