Rooms are where things hatch. We named the company after what happens inside them.
What were building
roomsHatch brings homes, apartments, rooms and hotels together in one place. Some stays are offered by independent roomsHatch Hosts. Hotel inventory is provided by professional hotel partners and travel suppliers through Downfare.
We build the technology that helps guests discover options, compare stay details and complete eligible bookings. We do not claim to have invented travel. We are working to make the path from search to payment clearer.
Clear pricing before payment
Prices and availability can change with dates, occupancy, room or rate selection, currency conversion, taxes and property-specific charges. A search result may show an indicative nightly rate. Before payment, checkout shows the total price then available, required taxes and fees, the payment schedule, and the applicable rate and cancellation conditions. Any charge payable at the property is identified separately.
How inventory reaches roomsHatch
roomsHatch Hosts. Independent hosts can offer homes, apartments and rooms. Their name and listing details appear on the stay page.
Hotel Partners and Suppliers. Professional hotel inventory can be supplied directly or through a travel supplier. The hotel or accommodation type, star rating when supplied, amenities, room or rate name, and rate conditions are presented as supplier information.
roomsHatchs role can vary by booking. The relevant booking, payment and cancellation terms are shown before you pay and are governed by our Terms of Service.
How it works
For guests. Search by destination and dates, compare accommodation types, review the available rate conditions, and see the total price before payment.
For independent hosts. Create and manage a listing, pricing, rules and availability using roomsHatchs hosting tools.
For hotel partners and suppliers. Provide professional inventory, content, availability and rates through direct or connected distribution systems.
