Resolving Payment Problems
If you're having trouble with payments, try these solutions:
Card Declined
- Ensure your card details are entered correctly
- Check that your card hasn't expired
- Contact your bank — they may be blocking the transaction
- Try a different payment method
PayPal Not Working
- Make sure you're logged into your PayPal account
- Check that you have sufficient funds or a linked payment method
- Try clearing your browser cache and cookies
Double Charged
If you see a duplicate charge, don't worry — it's usually a temporary hold. Wait 24-48 hours for it to resolve. If it persists, contact our support team with your booking reference number.
Missing Refund
Refunds can take 5-10 business days to appear. Check your bank or PayPal account after this period. If you still don't see it, reach out to support.
