Login Problems

Having trouble accessing your account? Here are common solutions:

Forgot Password

Click Forgot Password on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Google Login Not Working

If you signed up with Google, make sure you're using the same Google account. Try logging out of Google first, then log in again through roomsHatch.

Account Locked

For security, accounts may be temporarily locked after multiple failed login attempts. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or reset your password.

Email Not Recognized

Make sure you're using the email address you registered with. If you used Google sign-up, your email is the one associated with your Google account.
