Cancellation Policy

Understanding our cancellation and refund policies:

Seeker Cancellations

If you need to cancel a booking:

  • Full refund: Cancel within the free cancellation window (typically 7 days before check-in) for a full refund
  • Partial refund: Cancel after the free window but before check-in for a partial refund (typically 50%)
  • No refund: No-shows or cancellations after check-in are generally non-refundable

Host Cancellations

Hosts may cancel bookings in special circumstances. A cancellation penalty may apply to maintain platform reliability.

How to Cancel

Go to your Bookings page in the dashboard, find the booking you wish to cancel, and click Cancel Booking. You'll see the refund amount before confirming.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
